Responsibilities

Drive Strategy Through Data: Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable data science initiatives that influence product innovation and customer engagement

Lead Advanced Modeling: Design and implement sophisticated machine learning and deep learning models, leveraging cutting-edge statistical techniques to uncover insights and predict outcomes

Architect Scalable Solutions: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust, secure, and production-ready deployment of analytics solutions across cloud platforms

Champion Data Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, governance, and reproducibility, ensuring models meet the highest standards of accuracy and transparency

Communicate Impact: Present complex findings in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving informed decisions at the executive level

Qualification

Required

5+ years of data science experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years experience in Python and SQL

1+ years experience in leadership or mentorship of more junior team members

Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science

Preferred

Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with NLP or predictive modeling

Prior experience supporting Agile product teams in a corporate environment

Familiarity with banking products, transaction services, and working capital solutions

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
