Prepares reports and presentation materials
Receives and responds to correspondence
Schedules conference calls and meetings
Supports and interacts with administrative staff
Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned
Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Understanding Meeting Set up. Ensureing Microphones, speakers and AV equipment is all set and working
Assist Human Resouces with administrative tasks/responsiblities for: onbaording, orientation, HRIS training systems, and various udpates with coordinating communications & schedules
Assist with a myriad of tasks relative to office operations
Qualification
Required
Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Preferred education and experience: Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Discipline/Major: Business or related discipline preferred
