Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on ADP payroll configuration in post-bankruptcy and legal entity transition environments

Review and assess current payroll setups, including EIN usage, company codes, tax registrations, and employee records

Identify root causes of payroll, tax, and compliance issues tied to entity transitions

Partner with internal Payroll leadership and ADP to support corrective actions and remediation efforts

Assist with re-registration of federal, state, and local tax jurisdictions under the correct EIN

Support reconciliation of payroll filings, deposits, and historical wage data

Ensure garnishments, levies, and statutory deductions are properly re-established

Document findings, risks, and recommendations to support ongoing payroll governance
