Manages systems professionals directly and offers leadership, coaching, and training

Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems

Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities

Enhances information systems by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies

Maintains accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity

Manages all information systems policies and procedures
