Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Subaru vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and guidelines
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic services as needed
Keep accurate records of all work completed and parts used
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers, providing updates on vehicle status and recommendations for additional services
Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training and certifications
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician or equivalent training
Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Preferred
ASE certifications preferred
