Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment

Service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices

Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems

Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and paint

Evaluate maintenance operations and make recommendations for upgrades or cost-saving measures

Safely operate tools and equipment used in facility maintenance

Respond promptly to emergency situations and service requests

Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions and preventive maintenance needs

Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms and related equipment
