Qualification

Required

BS in Nursing or other healthcare related field
5 years of Clinical work experience in a healthcare work environment

Preferred

Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist or other healthcare professional licensure
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)
3 years of experience in quality improvement, process improvement, regulatory compliance
3 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, IHI or any other recognized quality improvement/process improvement methodology
