In this client-facing role, you will lead discovery sessions, create scalable solution architectures, and ensure successful implementation of AI technologies.

Responsibilities
Run workshops to identify high-value use cases, map workflows, define success metrics, and build an AI roadmap aligned to business goals
Design end-to-end AI architectures spanning GenAI, agentic workflows, RAG, data/analytics, automation, and human-in-the-loop patterns
Deliver AI Agents and AI Chatbots, and integrate them into enterprise systems (e.g., CRM/ERP, ITSM, data platforms, collaboration tools) via APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
Guide technical delivery—from prototyping to production—ensuring reliability, security, performance, and maintainability
Help clients implement AI governance, privacy/security controls, evaluation/testing, and responsible AI practices
Train stakeholders, create playbooks, and support adoption so solutions stick and scale
Qualification
Required
7+ years in solution architecture, AI engineering, data platforms, or automation (consulting experience a plus)
Proven delivery of AI Agents, AI Chatbots, and AI integrations in real business environments
Strong understanding of LLM application patterns (prompting, tools/function calling, RAG, guardrails, evals, monitoring)
Experience with cloud and modern data stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP) and API-based integration design
Excellent stakeholder communication—able to translate technical options into clear business tradeoffs and outcomes
Comfort operating across strategy and execution (whiteboard → prototype → production)
