Resident BCBA (Relocation Support Provided)
Soar Autism Center is excited to offer a unique Resident BCBA position for passionate and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. This role involves supporting children with autism through play-based therapy in a collaborative environment, while also providing mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities
Plan, oversee, and adapt naturalistic therapy for children aged 1-6 years in a center-based setting
Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and collaborate with clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health
Implement play-based therapy using ESDM principles
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and partner with families to support their journey
Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Experience in early intervention and working with young children
