Inspecting homes after every guest check-out and prior to every homeowner arrival to ensure the home is in the best condition possible

Traveling between properties performing inspections

Assisting guests with any issues or questions they may have

Checking for any damage caused by previous guests or any maintenance issues that might arise through normal use of the home

Communicating frequently with team members to relay messages to homeowners

Changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures as necessary
