This role is ideal for individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA journey, providing support and mentorship as they work toward certification while helping clients with autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities
Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
Collect and analyze data to guide progress
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
Attend team meetings and receive structured supervision
Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
Qualification
Required
Has a master's degree in a BACB-approved field (Required for credentialing and billing.)
Has completed at least 50% of supervised experience hours
Plans to sit for the BCBA exam within 6 months of starting
Has completed New Mexico's background check registry
Is able to provide Stage 2 (Assessment) and Stage 3 (Intervention) ABA services under supervision
Someone who is motivated to become a BCBA within the next year
A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
