Responsibilities
Manage and oversee maintenance staff and operations at the apartment complex
Ensure that all maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
Conduct inspections of the property to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Manage maintenance budget and inventory of supplies and tools
Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their concerns
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing
Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes
Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures
Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience
Painting and drywall patching experience
Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi)
Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks
Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Certification Required)
Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage
CPO Certifications and hands on pool maintenance experience
