Identify gaps and communicate ideas, solutions, and concerns as well as mitigation plans for future process development, iterations, and the continuous improvement of them
Recommend changes and support your positions on those changes using the data you report
Juggle high levels of support for day to day operational needs
Work across remote teams and possess the ability to compartmentalize tasks to separate and manage exceptions differently from the normal day-to-day
Keep calm in chaos and collaborate with all team members
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong business and data center background
Track record of fixing things

Experience in datacenter colocation
Experience in a fast-paced management environment
Ability to make quick decisions to remove blockers or risks
