Clinical Operations Resident
Outcomes® is offering a Clinical Operations Residency, a post-graduate program focused on medication therapy management (MTM) services. The resident will gain experience in clinical operations, including program administration, quality assurance, data management, and client management.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine
Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with clinical guidelines and CMS regulations
Gain experience and be a Clinical liaison in the following areas: Quality assurance, Data management, Sales and marketing, Research, Network training and support
Co-manage clients from a clinical perspective
Attend calls, pull supporting reporting as applicable
Assist in delivery of call follow-ups, answer client questions
Manage the creation of Feature Interventions
Participate in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits, as needed
Manage the Clinical Task Queue
Complete project and present in final analysis at the IPA Annual Meeting
Complete project and present in final analysis at the IPA Advance Practice Forum
Develop content and present topic in Clinical Rounds pharmacist training session
Demonstrate end-to-end understanding of identification process
Demonstrate ability to navigate reports and pull accurate information
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Solution-oriented
Excellent time management skills
Prioritization skills and goal setting
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment at all times
Minimum level of education or education/experience: Doctorate
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
Preferred
Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States, Iowa preferred (must be licensed within 120 days of hire date)
