Responsibilities

You’ll be a go-to senior lawyer for complex insurance defense matters across Texas, acting as first chair on a busy but manageable docket

Defending high-exposure cases involving trucking, auto, and premises liability (and related insured risks)

Managing files from intake through resolution: strategy, pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, ADR, and trial when appropriate

Advising insurers and self-insureds on risk, exposure, and resolution strategy

Collaborating with a tight-knit team of experienced litigators and contributing to training/mentoring more junior attorneys

This is ideal if you want to stay hands-on in litigation while stepping into a more senior, trusted-advisor role
