The Aetna Communications Strategy and Operations Senior Manager will partner with the Head of Communications to manage operational teams, communications strategies, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Responsible for creation and maintaining of corporate materials, including key messages, fact sheets, executive briefing documents, campaign planning and summary documents

CVS – Aetna Communications liaison, helping to ensure connectivity and reporting needs are met while also finding creative ways to fully optimize content across the enterprise and business communications platforms

Provide communications support for special initiatives by drafting strategic presentations, project managing executive appearances and writing social/earned and owned content

Serving as the Aetna communications operations lead, managing budgets, vendor governance, L&D initiatives, and team reporting

Required

7 or more years of communications experience

Strong writing, project management and PPT/presentation skills

Executive presence and experience working in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel as business requires

Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

Preferred

Grace under pressure with an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Events and social media experience

Consulting or Marketing/Communications agency experience is a plus
