Take an active role in all stages of Employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes
Appear in state and federal courts across South Florida; managing hearings, depositions, and motions
Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs
Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases
