Responsibilities
Lead catastrophic PI and wrongful death defenses from policy review to jury verdict
Draft and argue summary judgment motions in federal and state courts
Conduct high-stakes depositions of experts and adverse parties
Negotiate multimillion settlements at mediations and arbitrations
First-chair bench and jury trials in high-exposure liability cases
Qualification
Required
Senior Insurance Defense Attorney experience
Experience in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims
Ability to lead complex wrongful death and PI trials
Experience drafting and arguing summary judgment motions in federal and state courts
Experience conducting high-stakes depositions of experts and adverse parties
Experience negotiating multimillion settlements at mediations and arbitrations
Experience first-chairing bench and jury trials in high-exposure liability cases
