Assist in representing corporate clients across a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings, and governance initiatives
Conduct comprehensive legal research and due diligence to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support deal execution
Prepare, review, and revise key transactional documents - including merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements, as well as corporate resolutions and related filings

Experienced Corporate Attorney
