Responsibilities
Identify and assess capability gaps in Army intelligence and ISR systems, providing recommendations for modernization and enhancement
Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to determine the best integration strategies for new capabilities
Work with system developers, acquisition professionals, and operational users to drive the technical integration of emerging technologies into Army ISR architectures
Support test, evaluation, and experimentation efforts to validate the effectiveness of new capabilities
Develop detailed capability assessments, technical reports, and briefings for senior leadership
Collaborate with ISR Task Force, Army Futures Command, the Intelligence Community, and other key stakeholders to align intelligence capabilities with operational requirements
Analyze data fusion, sensor integration, and AI/ML applications to enhance intelligence collection and decision-making
Provide expert guidance on intelligence system interoperability, networking, and architecture development
Stay informed on emerging threats, adversary capabilities, and new intelligence technologies to drive innovation
Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, and Intelligence Community policies, security protocols, and acquisition regulations
Qualification
Required
Must possess an active security clearance
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in relevant field
Proven experience in conducting military wargames or experimentation
Knowledge of military strategy, tactics, and operations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Willingness to travel as needed
Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously
