Manage a robust caseload of negligence, premises liability, and motor vehicle claims, representing major insurers in New York and federal courts, from initial pleadings through trial preparation and verdicts
Craft motions for summary judgment, discovery demands, and trial briefs, ensuring airtight defenses for clients like Chubb and Progressive
Spearhead document reviews, interrogatories, and depositions of witnesses and experts, building compelling case narratives for high-stakes disputes, including construction and municipal liability matters
Engage in settlement talks and alternative dispute resolution, securing favorable outcomes for clients in 75% of mediated cases, leveraging the firm’s arbitration expertise across MA jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
Experience in civil litigation, specifically in negligence, premises liability, and motor vehicle claims
Ability to manage a robust caseload from initial pleadings through trial preparation and verdicts
Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as motions for summary judgment, discovery demands, and trial briefs
Experience leading discovery processes, including document reviews, interrogatories, and depositions
Strong negotiation and mediation skills, with a track record of securing favorable outcomes in mediated cases
