Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for existing customers, ensuring continuous satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty
Proactively identify expansion opportunities, conduct contract negotiations, and leverage potential to drive revenue growth
Regularly analyze customer needs, conduct business reviews, and develop tailored strategies to maximize your customers’ success
Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales teams to effectively fulfill customer expectations and objectives
Qualification
Required
Solid experience in account management, ideally within a SaaS, software, or technology environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships
Strong customer-centric approach, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to identify opportunities early
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and good understanding of sales processes and contract management
Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and enjoyment collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
