Qualification
Required
1+ year as an oil & gas title lawyer (2+ preferred)
Experience from a recognized title practice (clerkship or prior role)
Active Texas bar (or a plan to obtain it promptly)
Strong writing, meticulous analysis, and a collaborative, deadline-reliable style
Preferred
Additional bars in WY, MT, CO, IL, KY, or TN
Comfort handling large-scale title projects
Interest in client-facing work and business awareness
