Senior LevelAngove Partners is partnering with an insurance broker, seeking a Corporate M&A/PE Attorney to join their team to assist with PE Business Development and deal execution. This role involves originating and executing transactional insurance solutions for private equity and corporate M&A transactions while acting as a trusted advisor to clients on complex deal issues.

Responsibilities
Originate and execute transactional insurance solutions (including RWI and related M&A products) for private equity and corporate M&A transactions
Partner closely with deal teams, clients, legal advisers, and insurers throughout the full transaction lifecycle
Lead transaction execution, including risk analysis, structuring, underwriting negotiations, policy drafting, and closing
Act as a trusted commercial and legal advisor to clients on complex deal issues, risk allocation, and insurance strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsors, corporates, law firms, and other deal professionals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and market presence
Qualification
Required
Qualified lawyer with strong experience in M&A (private practice or in-house), ideally with exposure to private equity transactions
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business development and client relationship management
Strong understanding of transaction dynamics, risk allocation, and deal documentation
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
Confident communicator, able to engage credibly with senior clients, lawyers, and investment professionals
