Responsibilities
Develop and refine internal policies, procedures, and management reports in support of WHS operations
Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of directorate, division, and branch programs
Collect, interpret, and analyze datasets to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement
Prepare professional presentations, briefings, charts, and visual products for senior leadership
Provide recommendations to management on program and process enhancements
Review and validate content and data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy and procedural standardization
Support senior analysts in preparing management summaries, dashboards, and written assessments
Participate in data calls and prepare supporting documentation for higher-level reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field required
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in program analysis, policy, or management support within a DoD or federal setting
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel (advanced formulas, charts), PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
U.S. citizenship and an active, SECRET Security Clearance is required
