Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Actively identify potential customers and successfully engage them through targeted outbound activities (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Lead Qualification: Qualify new business opportunities by identifying customer needs early, ensuring the generation of high-quality leads for the sales team
Pipeline Development & Management: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over leads, continuously building and managing the sales pipeline
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to effectively identify new target groups and business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Initial experience in sales, customer outreach, or business development, ideally within a SaaS, software, or technology environment
Excellent communication skills, proactive initiative, and enthusiasm for building new customer relationships
Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and enthusiasm for complex technologies
A proactive, goal-oriented approach, combined with persistence in cold outreach and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a basic understanding of sales processes
