Responsibilities

Manage end to end process of small to medium sized programs and initiative rollouts
Liaison between member facing channels and assigned lines of business
Create, deploy and maintain all procedures, job aids and internal resources for new and existing programs and projects for member facing channels
Organize and facilitate meetings to ensure all projects and programs are being tracked for the department
Identify gaps in processes and procedures within member facing channels
Develop and implement solutions that eliminate process gaps while driving membership growth, operational efficiencies and mitigate risk
Develop and deliver statistical analysis of program utilization and trends
Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

Required

Associates degree in a relevant field or a minimum of four years directly related experience required
Minimum of three years banking experience in a related area required
Knowledge of Branch and back-office operations, policies, practices, protocols, systems and programs required
