Responsibilities

Managing and delivering one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management

Continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis

Guiding others using depth of expertise and interpreting internal/external issues to recommend quality solutions

Meeting performance objectives and metrics set locally

Travel (up to 70%) may be required as needed by external clients

Helping clients design the operating model of their digital labs with operational excellence

Designing processes for labs to deliver against overall Digital Transformation strategy and data strategies for agile processes

Formulating technical solution designs and leading conversations for Life Sciences clients

Understanding client needs, architecting transformative solutions, and simplifying complex implementations

Leading delivery in technical areas for the solution

Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes

Exercising judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Managing engagement economics and resource planning

Collaborating with clients to oversee program management activities related to Digital Lab Transformations

Providing strategic expertise on business case and transformation strategies

Helping clients determine financial plans & budgeting to optimize costs with Digital Labs

Leading a diverse team of professionals, responsible for coaching, leadership, and career development of team members

Translating complex requirements into actionable insights for C-suite and Director-level stakeholders

Serving as a technical authority on LIMS architecture and championing change within clients

Orchestrating the execution of Digital Lab Transformation projects with precision, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, deadlines, and quality benchmarks

Maintaining an expert-level understanding of industry-specific trends and technology advancements to inform strategic solution architecture within the digital labs space

Working on teams to consistently deliver quality client services by demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field

3+ years of Life Sciences work experience, including working with Life Science regulatory statutes, GxP business processes or compliance programs or integration of risk management functions

3-5 years relevant experience with LIMS systems, Electronic Lab notebook systems (ELN), and/or Lab Automation Systems

Programming ability (Python, LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL)

Instrument integration (file/API connections)

Enterprise systems integration (ERP, ELN, middleware, cloud apps)

Technical Skills Board Capability Analysis and Role Definition

Board Level Reporting, Board Metrics/Training Design and Communication

Experience in implementing LabWare or LabVantage LIMS systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Preferred
