Responsibilities
Spend most of the time on the floor onboarding new hires, delivering small-group refreshers, and providing side-by-side coaching on Epic registration/scheduling and standard Patient Access workflows
Support go-live/upgrade readiness, partner with leaders on competency checks, and help close workflow gaps through observation, feedback, and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred
