Responsibilities

Collaborate internally with client coverage and structuring teams to execute and close Direct Lender Financing facilities
Provide ongoing servicing and management of lending facilities by reviewing, approving, and communicating underlying loan and collateral approvals to external clients
Review and value underlying loan collateral
Create internal presentation materials reviewing leveraged finance metrics and reporting to various internal committees to demonstrate the market environment for private credit
Communicate internally and with partners the team’s view of client investment strategy and collateral pool statistics

Required

Experience working in corporate finance, accounting, or a valuation firm
Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills

High level of initiative, motivation, attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work in a project- or deadline-driven environment
Excellent desktop application skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Completion of a formal credit training program with a reputable investment or commercial bank
