Responsibilities
Own the full demand generation engine across Rex’s portfolio of ventures, from audience targeting and messaging to lead capture and conversion optimization
Design, launch, and scale multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, events, email nurture, and referral programs
Develop and continuously refine customer acquisition strategies to increase both lead quality and volume
Build, test, and iterate on landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates across the funnel
Manage CRM workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences to ensure seamless handoff between marketing and sales
Create and maintain analytics dashboards to track performance across channels, campaigns, and ventures
Lead rapid experimentation cycles to identify high-performing messages, offers, and channels
Partner closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategy with user insights and business goals
Report key metrics (CPL, MQL → SQL conversion rates, ROAS, CAC) with actionable recommendations for optimization
Build repeatable, scalable systems that generate predictable pipeline growth
Uphold Rex’s missionary culture and values, bringing creative energy and rigor to the pursuit of catalyzing human flourishing via technology
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in B2B or SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
Proven success developing and managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns that drive measurable results
Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot Reports, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to build landing pages, optimize conversion flows, and manage lead funnels end-to-end
Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, CPL) and how to optimize them
Exceptional analytical, creative, and copywriting skills — able to translate data insights into high-impact campaigns
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
