Responsibilities

Design and implement software tools for automated log analysis, anomaly detection, and performance diagnostics

Lead troubleshooting efforts for fielded LEO tracking antennas, identifying and resolving root causes of tracking and performance issues

Analyze performance data from new antenna systems and support lab and field test campaigns

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including analysis reports and troubleshooting guides

Collaborate with vendors to manage software bugs, feature enhancements, and regression testing

Review and validate vendor test data to ensure compliance with system-level requirements

Serve as the subject matter expert for antenna tracking systems during integration, operations, and deployments

Support integration, commissioning, and lifecycle management of ground infrastructure antenna systems
