Responsibilities
Associates work with lead attorneys across all litigation phases—from rapid-response investigations to discovery, depositions, and trial—driving strategy to meet client goals
Day to day, associates partner with lead counsel on rapid-response investigations, case assessment, discovery/depositions, and trial, with a strategic focus on client outcomes
Associates are involved end-to-end—post-loss investigations, evaluation, discovery/depositions, and trial—aligning strategy to client objectives
Qualification
Required
1–10 years litigation experience (civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability)
California Bar admission required (other West Coast states may be considered)
Benefits
Quarterly bonuses: $75/hour for all billables over 1,900 annually (calculated quarterly, not cumulative)
