They are seeking a Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to assist with marketing initiatives, administrative support, and coordination for their West Des Moines, IA office.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Assist the Commercial Real Estate Managing Director with marketing and administrative tasks, as needed

Assist with Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Lead marketing initiatives for the firm through electronic print and design output including basic photography and content creation

Assist each department lead with all marketing objectives by working with vendors and contractors

Provide administrative support and coordination for the Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management teams

Assist the Real Estate Brokerage team with internal and client communications

Assist the Managing Director in preparing reports, listing materials and real estate forms

Coordinate weekly advisor meetings and agendas

Marketing email blasts weekly and/or as needed by brokerage advisors

Maintaining and updating client databases

Manage Firm Listing Inventory

Implement Social Media Campaigns

Monitor CRM and Transaction Pipeline Activities

Assist with the Firm’s Internship Program
