Ability to provide assistance with Dell Hybrid Client/WinloT (Thin Client OS)
Expertise in Wyse Management Suite (WMS), which is used to manage Thin Clients and their operating systems
Understanding of Ubuntu or Linux
Knowledge of thin client imaging and patch management
Ability to troubleshoot networking and transport issues that may affect communication between the thin client and Wyse Management Suite
Qualification
Required
United States Citizenship
position appropriate security clearance (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph)
Experience with VDI/Horizon
Experience with Wyse
