They are seeking a Senior Associate to lead class/collective wage-and-hour cases, mentor junior attorneys, and manage litigation processes with partner support.

Responsibilities
Lead class/collective wage-and-hour cases (PAGA/FLSA/misclassification) from investigation through resolution
Draft and argue complex motions (class cert, approvals, etc.); manage discovery and experts
Appear at hearings/mediations; handle (or support) arbitrations
Mentor junior attorneys/paralegals; model strong communication and team leadership
Collaborate with partners on strategy; occasionally travel for key appearances
Qualification
Required
10+ years employment litigation experience with plaintiff-side wage-and-hour focus (class/collective)
California Bar required
Strong brief-writing (please provide a writing sample)
Proven team leadership/mentorship and communication skills
Not a solo-practitioner profile; defense-only backgrounds are not a fit (mixed plaintiff/defense considered)
Preferred
Arbitration exposure preferred (not required to have 1st-chaired)
