Lead significant cases and influence strategy from early on
Bring your passion to life through advocacy focused on employee rights
Structure and support to win complex cases, with collaboration across litigation and pre-litigation teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in: PAGA, Wage & Hour, Class Action, FEHA
Strong track record of commitment and performance (avoid job hoppers)
California Bar admission required
Preferred
Experience in arbitration, litigation, and strategic casework preferred
