Responsibilities
Custom Fabrication: Build, modify, and repair custom structures, platforms, walls, and unique components for our specialized experiential marketing vehicles (trucks and trailers)
Hydraulic Systems: Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems used for stage deployments, slide-outs, leveling, and lifting mechanisms on our units
Structural Work: Perform general shop duties, including measuring, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling metal and structural components
Collaboration: Work closely with the Shop Manager and design team to ensure all custom fabrications meet exact specifications and safety standards
Maintenance & Repair: Assist with general maintenance and repair of the mobile units, ensuring they are road-ready, functional, and looking great for their next tour
Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop
Qualification
Required
Proven, hands-on experience with hydraulic systems (installation, repair, and maintenance) is a must
Prior professional experience in custom fabrication, construction, welding, auto body, or a similar trade is essential
Proficiency in using a variety of shop tools, including hand tools, power tools, saws, grinders, and drill presses
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks required for fabrication and repair work
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
This is a full-time position requiring consistent attendance and dedication to meeting project deadlines
Preferred
Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding is a significant plus
Possession of your own basic set of tools is highly desirable
