Draft high-quality, structured legal content focused on special needs trusts, guardianship, and disability benefits
Ensure legal accuracy across topics including ABLE accounts, Medicaid eligibility, and SSI application processes
Translate complex statutory and regulatory frameworks into clear, standardized guidance materials
Verify all content against public, authoritative legal and government sources
Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager to align on scope, structure, and quality standards
Deliver reliable, deadline-driven contributions to support AI testing and evaluation datasets
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a practicing attorney, legal scholar, or advanced paralegal in special needs law or a closely related field
Deep knowledge of special needs trusts, guardianship frameworks, and disability benefits law
Strong understanding of Medicaid application workflows and SSI requirements
Proven ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts in written form
High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
