Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate and execute end-to-end customer feedback process, specifically focused on triaging, reporting, dashboard, analysis , ensuring our Copilot experiences are delivered to address customer issues with high quality
Review customer feedback across many channels, provide deep analysis and improve processes and maintain robust product quality for users worldwide
Work closely with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to align on goals, track deliverables, and communicate status updates effectively
Collaborate with analytics teams to define key success metrics, correlate improvements to usage, and influence roadmaps based on data-driven insights
Mentor team members, Manage vendor resources, share best practices, and cultivate a culture where everyone feels empowered to innovate, learn, and grow
Dive deep into product and system architecture to better understand root causes, shape solutions, and drive high-impact improvements with engineering partners
Design repeatable processes and frameworks that scale with product complexity and organizational growth, ensuring operational stability and continues improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
