HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual Procurement Specialist. This role will support day-to-day purchasing and supplier coordination activities, working closely with internal project teams and overseas vendors to ensure materials and services are procured accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Support procurement activities for construction and engineering projects, including purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up

Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services

Communicate with vendors and internal project teams regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status

Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier files

Assist with sourcing new vendors and collecting and comparing quotes to support purchasing decisions

Work closely with engineering, project management, operations, and accounting teams to align procurement needs with project timelines

Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning as needed

Support basic contract documentation and ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures

Assist with resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, or invoice-related questions

Provide general administrative and coordination support related to procurement and supply chain operations
