Responsibilities
Serve as the linchpin on wage & hour / class & collective matters
Draft and argue motions (including class cert), oppositions, and dispositives; prepare strong, persuasive briefs
Take/defend depositions, manage discovery, prepare mediations, and support/handle arbitrations
Coordinate parallel individual and class disputes, particularly in California
Mentor juniors and collaborate closely with partners
Qualification
Required
5–7 years plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
Wage & hour + class/collective action background (PAGA/FLSA)
Exceptional writing—provide writing samples (class cert/complex briefs ideal)
Proven depo experience and hearing practice; arbitration exposure helpful
California Bar active and in good standing
