Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and referring the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent

Recruits qualified mission-driven candidates via a variety of creative methods (i.e. media, job fairs, employee referrals, networking and data mining)

Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships with management in order to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies

Conducts daily calls with potential candidates to build pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs

Collects and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
