Responsibilities

Draft/negotiation: PSAs, leases (office/retail/industrial), financing docs, easements, and closing deliverables
Due diligence: Titles/commitments, surveys, legal descriptions; manage curative and exception removal; coordinate with title/escrow
Deal execution: Structure and close commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (including mortgage and construction loans)
Development support: Zoning/entitlements strategy, permitting paths, and land-use risk spotting

Required

4+ years experience in Commercial real estate background (transactional)
