Licensing Manager (Creators Product Group)

United Talent Agency is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Licensing Manager to support the growth of their talent-led brands. This role focuses on managing licensing processes, strengthening partner relationships, and supporting brand expansion initiatives across various consumer product categories.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day licensing activities across a portfolio of talent-led brands
Support the development and execution of brand and product licensing strategies
Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new licensing partners
Coordinate with talent teams, managers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency
Prepare materials for licensing pitches, brand decks, and partner presentations
Track deal terms, timelines, deliverables, and renewals to ensure accuracy and compliance
Conduct market and category research to identify trends, whitespace, and opportunities for brand growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, legal, and operations teams on product launches
Assist with negotiation prep and help draft or review term sheets under leadership guidance
Monitor licensed product performance and compile royalty reports, sales insights, and KPI summaries

Required

3–5 years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, consumer products, talent management, or related fields
Working knowledge of brand development, intellectual property, and licensing best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, timelines, and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with talent teams, managers, and external partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to review sales data and performance metrics to guide decision-making
Familiarity with consumer behavior trends, pop culture, and talent-driven brand ecosystems
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and process improvement
