Responsibilities
Support the underwriters through the policy management processes
Compile and organise information related to underwriting submissions
Prepare proposals, review insurer binders and other coverage documents
Assist with follow-up in acquiring proper documentation during bidding process and keep company files current
Review policies and other documents for accuracy
Provide information to auditors as needed
Compile internal management reports as needed
Setting up and updating of insurance carrier, broker and client information on the policy management system and other required systems
Communicate with underwriters to ensure all requirements are handled
Any additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skill with a keen attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors Degree
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
Preferred
Insurance and/ or commercial construction industry experience is preferred
