Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for existing customers, ensuring continuous satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty
Proactively identify expansion opportunities, conduct contract negotiations, and leverage potential to drive revenue growth
Regularly analyze customer needs, conduct business reviews, and develop tailored strategies to maximize your customers’ success
Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales teams to effectively fulfill customer expectations and objectives

Required

Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Controlling & Reporting, idealerweise im Kontext Energie, Industrie oder SaaS
Grundverständnis energiewirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge (z. B. Energieeinkauf, Kostenstrukturen, Effizienzpotenziale)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office / MS Teams, insbesondere PowerPoint (Präsentationen) und idealerweise Excel (Auswertungen)
Erfahrung in strukturierter Projektorganisation und Dokumentation, z. B. mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder ähnlichen Systemen
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Empathie und ein verbindliches, professionelles Auftreten
Hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Präsentationsstärke und Kommunikationsgeschick – auch auf Management-Ebene
Fähigkeit, Kundenherausforderungen früh zu erkennen, intern klar zu kommunizieren und deren Bearbeitung nachzuverfolgen
Freude daran, Struktur, Transparenz und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
Solid experience in account management, ideally within a SaaS, software, or technology environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships
Strong customer-centric approach, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to identify opportunities early
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and good understanding of sales processes and contract management
Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and enjoyment collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
