Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and corporate governance matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts
Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals
Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements

5+ Years Experience
AMLaw or Large Firm Experience
