Handle a variety of civil defense litigation with a focus on healthcare and medical malpractice cases
Manage matters independently with full ownership while collaborating with a supportive team
Opportunities to take cases to arbitration and trial
Exposure to licensing issues, general liability claims, and medical-based disputes
Work with experienced trial attorneys who are committed to developing and promoting their team
Qualification
Required
2–10 years litigation experience (civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability)
California Bar admission required (other West Coast states may be considered)
Benefits
Quarterly bonuses: $75/hour for all billables over 1,900 annually (calculated quarterly, not cumulative)
