Responsibilities

Enhance test automation tools, scripts, coverage, and code structure

Debug application issues and assist developers in identifying root causes

Automate manual tasks to boost productivity

Develop detailed test plans and review test cases from peers

Manage timely testing, including manual testing

Understand and apply programming languages, frameworks, and computer science fundamentals

Participate in product discussions and refine acceptance criteria

Gain product knowledge and understand technical architecture

Create documentation for features and conduct code reviews

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and QEs on implementation details

Mentor junior SDETs and lead the onboarding process

Contribute to interviews and suggest process improvements
